Registered Dietitian accepts: Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Healthnet AmBetter, Curative, Champion Health IPA, Lakeside, Regal and Sierra medical groups (auth required, we are not covered by HMOs that are not connected to the above medical groups). Medicare covers ONLY Diabetes and Chronic Kidney Disease pre-Dialysis. For Medicare, you must have at least one of these conditions to see the Dietitian, with MD referral. Coverage depends on your plan. Self Pay option available (HSA/FSA cards accepted)
